All the staff members are accommodating and amicable. Location is excellent and exceptionally nice, to the lake in the front. It's also not far from the park and shops and restaurants.

Thank you guys for an excellent stay in September of 2018. Everyone who works in the hotel is helpful and accommodating. The rooms are brand-new and large and complete with the dresser as well as great view. The venue offers plenty of food that was good. The hotel is set in a good location really close to Wisconsin and lake and the center. We would definitely come back there as the property met all requests...

The room's condition leaves much to be desired. Shower fixtures mismatched and low water pressure make for frustrating showers. Noise from outside can be disruptive, especially during events like fireworks, and the outdated WiFi connection struggled under even minimal use. The mattress was uncomfortable, leading to restless nights, and a range of stains on the carpets failed to inspire confidence in the overall cleanliness.

Room was decent but definitely needed some updates. It was spacious with a nice clean queen bed, mini fridge, and microwave setup. TV had a lot of channels, a plus for downtime. Bathroom was okay, but the shower head was way too low for me. Cleanliness was fine, but it wasn't exactly super clean. Definitely enjoyed the afternoon view of the lake though!

Family experience with a view

The big balcony was nice. I had to meet the family running this place, they were friendly and accommodating.

There is a great view of the lake right off Hwy 13. The room is spacious with a queen bed, desk, and a mini fridge. Check-in and check-out were quick. Breakfast included good options like Kwik Trip glazers. Parking was convenient 🌅
